About Us

We are a group of friends and family of Terry Roth. Terry is a caring, giving wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 8 who after 20 months of seeking answers to why she was losing strength in her neck and arms was diagnosed with ALS. Our common denominator is membership at Trinity Methodist Church in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Our church is no stranger to devastating neurological diseases for we have a family afflicted with Huntington’s Disease. We have done fundraising to support Huntington’s and want to do the same for ALS. Our goal for this challenge is to involve as many people as possible to better their own health and to raise as much money as possible for the Greater Philadelphia ALS Association for support of those with ALS and for research towards a cure.
